This past June marked the second anniversary of our life in this wonderful home that you and your company built and I wanted to compliment Oakwood Homes for having built such a problem free dwelling.
It was only last week that you were by to add a little caulking in one of the expansion joints. I had forgotten about this but there you were looking after things long after we had moved in.
